Let's Breathe Together 


This Sunday you're invited to a LIVE in person group Breathwork class.

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to purge the body of trapped emotions. It is cathartic, clarity inducing, consciousness altering and your personal access to deep healing. The experience moves stuck emotional energy and allows you to release strong feelings like anger and sadness. It can help you to feel more grounded in your body, and help you learn to trust yourself. It leaves you feeling softer, more open.

*This in person group will be at 10:00 CEST on Sunday September 27th 2020

*The session location is at Crazy Monkey Movement at Westerstraat 158, 1015 MP in Amsterdam




Breathwork can change patterns of depression, anxiety and trauma, help you access your creativity, connect you to your intuition, and open your heart to increased gratitude and self-love. It is a self-healing practice that changes lives and is an efficient and effective way to release stress.

You will emerge lighter and gentler and maybe even profoundly changed.
